The International Coaching & Mentoring Institute (ICMI) was founded by Dr Emmanuel Imevbore and Tony Dovale, two South Africa-based professional coaches with extensive global coaching and facilitation experience. Their passion for people development and High Performance Organisation (HPO) transformation inspired the design of ICMI's unique approach to people, team and organisational performance improvement. ICMI uses powerful coaching, mentoring and related support services to create true wealth (value) for people, teams and organisations through skills optimisation and resource integration.
